Are you like me? You want to sit behind your computer and play with your tech. You feel it is an interruption to build face to face relationships, and talk to people, unless they want to see your amazing tech, and become a client…
You’ve heard all these amazing successes businesses have had with ads, and think to yourself, “Okay, I’ll do that. Putting $1 in and getting $2 out sounds good to me!”
Or, you sign up for a LinkedIn lead generation system, where you get hundreds of leads that you direct to your website, bot or landing page, and track Google Analytics, bot engagement and email open and click through rates, but your funnel never quite works like the gurus say it should.
I get it.
It’s much easier to set up successful marketing campaigns for clients than it is to set them up for ourselves.
It’s much easier to sit behind our computers, playing with the systems we love than it is to actually engage with potential clients on social media, and build meaningful relationships we are unsure will manifest into clients.
It’s much easier to play the numbers game in our funnels than play the relationship game with our audience and prospects.
“What do I say?”
“What do I post?”
“What if no one responds?”
Again, I get it.
But, cold leads turn into cold discovery calls, because people buy from people, not ads or landing pages or bots.
